CAPISCUM
One of our top choices for a high quality, beautiful, dolma sweet pepper variety. Fruits are a longer bell shape with average sizes of around 10 centimeters long. With a long blocky shape, widths can reach up to 9 centimeters. Skins are firm, crunchy, deliciously sweet, and a bit thinner than usual but strong. Fruits begin as a light green color, and mature at red. In between the green and red, the fruit produces a nice orange color. Fruits tend to have 4 lobes on average. Expect fruit maturity early, around 65 days. A variable and adaptable variety that fares well in either the greenhouse or in the field, with plant heights that can reach medium to large sizes and heights with bushy growth. Good for fresh or processing markets, especially for cooking and stuffing.
