CUCUMIS SATIVUS
A parthenocarpic pickling cucumber, averaging around 70 grams on average in size. Vine grows long side-branches with short internodes and large leaves for protection to keep up both quality and quantity together. Green, spiny skin decorates these cucumbers with light stripes near the blossom end of fruit; spines vanish quickly during processing or are otherwise easily removed. Very good taste and good disease resistance, at minimum 4 to 5 fruits per node - sometimes more. These clusters make harvests simple for the grower, and also boost this variety up to the top of the list among choices of high-yielding cucumbers. Our best greenhouse pickling variety available based on quality of fruit and prolific yields.
